As the Founder and CEO of Courtney Nickol & Associates, LLC, Courtney brings nearly 30 years of executive experience guiding nonprofits, small businesses, government entities, and mission-driven leaders to new levels of impact and operational excellence.
Throughout her career, Courtney has advised C-suite executives, led high-performing teams, launched transformative programs, and developed sustainable growth strategies for organizations across sectors. Her expertise spans leadership development, organizational strategy, fundraising, crisis communication, and public affairs.
Courtney holds a Master of Public Administration with a federal government focus from Regent University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Strategic Communication at Regent University, with research centered on AI ethics, leadership, and the intersection of communication and social impact.
At the heart of her work is a powerful belief: that strong leadership and clear communication are the catalysts for lasting change.
Outside of her professional life, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, traveling, the arts, and hosting fun events for friends and family.
